Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

Sourcing & Pre-Orders

Your deposit secures a watch we are actively sourcing on your behalf. Upon receipt of your deposit, My Watch LLC commits capital, time, and dealer network resources to locating and acquiring the requested timepiece. For this reason, sourcing and pre-order deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable once placed, regardless of whether you subsequently elect not to complete the purchase.

Estimated sourcing timelines are provided in good faith but are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Market availability of luxury timepieces fluctuates, and My Watch LLC shall not be liable for delays in locating a requested watch. A delay in sourcing does not entitle the buyer to a refund of the deposit.

If My Watch LLC is unable to source the requested watch within a commercially reasonable period, we may, at our sole discretion, offer to apply the deposit toward another timepiece of your choosing or return the deposit. This is the sole circumstance under which a sourcing deposit may be returned, and the determination rests exclusively with My Watch LLC.

Reservations

Your deposit holds an in-stock watch exclusively for you until pickup. While reserved, the watch is removed from sale across all platforms on which My Watch LLC lists inventory, and other interested buyers are turned away. The remaining balance is due in full at the time of pickup.

If you cancel the reservation, fail to pay the remaining balance, or fail to complete pickup by the agreed date, the deposit is forfeited in full and the watch is returned to available inventory. Forfeited deposits constitute liquidated damages compensating My Watch LLC for the removal of the watch from sale, lost sale opportunities, and carrying costs during the reservation period, and are not a penalty.

General Terms

Order Acceptance

All deposits and orders, whether initial or additional, are subject to acceptance by and shall only become effective upon confirmation by My Watch LLC. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability; in such cases initiated by My Watch LLC, the deposit will be returned.

Application of Deposit

Deposits are applied toward the final purchase price of the specified watch only. Deposits may not be transferred to another watch, another buyer, or a future transaction unless expressly agreed to in writing by My Watch LLC.

Pricing & Availability

All prices reflect the cash/wire transfer price; additional fees may apply for credit card transactions. Prices are subject to change without notice prior to deposit. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders at any time in accordance with our Terms of Service.

Chargebacks

By placing a deposit, you expressly agree not to initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal with your credit card issuer, bank, or payment provider with respect to any non-refundable deposit. Any dispute regarding a deposit must be directed to My Watch LLC using the contact information below. Buyers who initiate chargebacks in violation of this policy shall be liable for the disputed amount plus any fees, costs, and reasonable attorneys' fees incurred by My Watch LLC in responding to the dispute.

Identity Verification

All deposits and purchases are subject to identity and payment verification. My Watch LLC reserves the right to cancel any transaction that fails verification.

Relationship to Other Policies

This policy supplements and is incorporated into our Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy. The 7-day return window described in our Refund Policy applies to not-as-described items only and does not apply to deposits. In the event of a conflict concerning deposits, this policy controls.

Governing Law & Severability

This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles. If any provision of this policy is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Changes to This Policy

My Watch LLC reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time by posting changes to this page. The policy in effect at the time a deposit is placed governs that transaction.
